The Delhi government has ordered a commission of inquiry and appointed former solicitor general of India Gopal Subramaniam as its head. “The Delhi government does not have any jurisdiction to order a commission of inquiry in the first place. They could not find anything against Jaitley, who has always had a clean image and now AAP is stooping to such low levels,” said Shrikant Sharma, national secretary, BJP.
