Union Minister for Minorities Affairs Najma Heptulla on Saturday termed the ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ slogan by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi as one of the “most secular” message given by any leader in the country, and assured the minorities were safe.
